The fire warning and automatic fire extinguishing system (hereinafter referred to as the system) is a set of intelligentized system focusing on the fire prevention and control inside the battery compartment of electric vehicles.
The system uses highly sensitive fire data sensors to detect the gas smoke and temperature changes generated before the fire caused by internal short circuit, overcharge and overdischarge, and external short circuit in each battery compartment, to determine the stage of thermal runaway of the battery in real time by using proprietary technology (non-standard electric fire algorithm), and to realize human-machine interface via the CANBUS or independent bus, automatic warning when battery thermal runaway occurs.
The system with abilities such as fast fire sensing, intelligent judgment, timely intervention and fire extinguishing can protect the electric vehicles, passengers and drivers in the ultmost degree.
In case of emergency, the system judges the occurrence of fire according to the preset information and activates fire extinguisher spontaneously.
