Fire extinguisher
The QRR0.03G/S-AX is a new type of thermal aerosol fire extinguishing device, a groundbreaking product in the fire protection field with exceptionally high fire extinguishing efficiency and reliability. It features a compact size, pressure-free storage, no need for piping and maintenance, and is highly efficient and rapid in extinguishing. It is non-toxic, harmless, safe, reliable, and environmentally friendly. It is particularly suitable for relatively enclosed locations such as small battery boxes and confined spaces.
Heating system
Standard cold storage battery sealing is essential to prevent moisture ingress. The battery case must be insulated. If the temperature is very low (over -20°C), a discharge heating process is required.
Temperature Adaptability
Our battery cells are compatible with low-temperature operation.
Insulation
The battery cells are surrounded by insulation to protect against low external temperatures.
Protective Casing
The battery case is fully welded, and the connectors use IP67 waterproof connectors.
Heating
The battery has an internal heating plate that activates charging and heating when the temperature drops below a set value.
Air Pressure Equalization
A vent valve is installed on the outside of the power supply housing to ensure uniform pressure inside and outside, reducing the risk of water ingress and seepage due to pressure differences.
Lock mechanism
The addition of a locking mechanism can better secure the battery. Some batteries have rollers at the bottom for easy replacement, and the locking device will facilitate battery fixation.
Dual charging
Considering the current limitations of currently available connectors, we provide customers with a dual-head charging design that can cut charging time in half and reduce the risk of the charging plug melting due to frequent use and excessive current and high temperatures.
The smallest battery solution
This solution provides battery dealers with an optimized solution, allowing standard batteries to be installed in various outer boxes, ensuring that one battery can be used in a variety of vehicle models.
A standard battery is installed in an outer box that fits the truck's battery compartment. This is commonly used for converting lead-acid batteries to lithium batteries, allowing direct placement of the lead-acid battery casing.
A standard battery is installed with a separate counterweight to fit the battery compartment size of a forklift truck.
