As lithium battery technology continues to penetrate the forklift industry, light-duty engineering vehicles are becoming the next electrification hotspot. Lithium battery systems for construction machinery differ significantly from those for ordinary electric vehicles or energy storage, with a design focus on high power output, vibration resistance, wide temperature range adaptability, long lifespan, and high safety.
Currently, lithium batteries for construction machinery have formed a complete voltage platform system: 48V is suitable for small AGVs and forklifts, while 72-96V covers small loaders and tractors. Lithium iron phosphate batteries, with their high safety, 4000-6000 cycle life, and cost advantages, have become the preferred choice for heavy-duty equipment.
